We take training seriously because it directly affects the quality and safety of every clean. All Kitchener Clean team members receive four consecutive days of hands-on onsite training before their first independent assignment. Certifications include WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods), Hazardous Waste Management, and Working at Heights. When team members are introduced to a new client location, a supervisor works alongside them — we never send someone into a new environment without proper orientation.
