A Perfect Cleaning Company
After years of searching for a cleaning company to take care of the building at 30 Duke W, Kitchener, we finally found Kitchener Clean. The building used to be a commercial office building before the pandemic in 2019. The building recently underwent major renovation, converting the building to residential condos, retail, and office spaces. With the traffic to the 2nd Floor Service Ontario office, it wasn't easy to keep up with the cleanliness of the building foyer and entrances. Kitchener Clean accepted the challenge. With the construction in place, it was a difficult start. First on the agenda was to clean every nook and corner. Now, after the construction, it is an everyday job to keep it clean. Kitchener Clean has completed the central floor strip and waxed some of the high-traffic areas of the building. Now it's clean and shiny.

Exterior Nightmare
Kain Group faced difficulty in keeping their external office premises clean. Located on Victoria St in Kitchener, the area is notorious for people rummaging through garbage bins and leaving a mess on the property. Kain Group seeked help from Kitchener Clean. Even though we were an office cleaning company, we came to their rescue. Once a week, we cleaned the outside of their office building. After some time, they wanted us to step in with their office cleaning when the regular company had time off with their staff. It only took one cleaning for their staff to ask that we stay on. We are happy to be there regularly to care for their beautiful office. We don't seek glory; we are delighted to simply be able to provide an excellent service for our Clients.

Troublesome floors.
One of our clients asked us to strip and wax their showroom floor. When we arrived at the site, we noticed that the floor had been covered with a sealant and nearly 10 layers of wax. The stripping machine and stripping chemical weren’t able to remove the wax on its own. Our team realized that we would have to hit this with everything that we had – the most aggressive stripping pads and the most aggressive stripping chemical, as well as having to manually scrape it off. Finally, after many hours of hard work, we completely removed the wax and resealed it with five new coats of floor finish.
