Answer: Yes! Kitchener Clean and their clients are protected by $5M in liability insurance so that we can focus on providing a comfortable and reliable cleaning service to the great companies we partner with. You can find our liability insurance here. It is provided as part of our quotes to promote industry standards that enable both vendors and clients to flourish.

Question #5: What kind of green cleaning program do you have?

Answer: We are committed to keeping your office a cleaner and safer place. We will customize a green cleaning plan to suit your unique requirements. Green cleaning is no extra cost. We use green, non-toxic products without sacrificing quality or cleanliness. Question #6: How do you check the quality of your cleaning?

Answer: We do a number of things to ensure our cleaning is up to the highest standard. We take the time to lift up objects and clean underneath them, not just around them, just like you would want in your own home.

We ensure that our Office Care Technicians are thoroughly trained and pay attention to detail, so you won't ever have to re-clean anything we have already cleaned. 

We also take extra care to ensure your bathrooms and kitchens are as clean or cleaner than what you would want in your own home. Careful attention to these two areas is needed to create a safe germ-free work environment.

Question #7: I heard about your "clean guarantee." what is that? 

Answer: We guarantee all of our services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us and we will return within 24 hours to address your concern at no additional cost. We even guarantee our response time. 

If we haven’t responded to any client communication within 24 hours of receiving it, we will offer you a free week of Office Care. That is how strongly we feel about the importance of communication and customer satisfaction. We will always stand behind our work. That is our Clean Guarantee!

Question #8: Do you offer any waste management solutions? 

Answer: Yes! We offer an Office Compost Program. As a member of the Office Compost Program, you receive an Organic Waste bin to collect all your organic waste and compostable materials. All of the same items that you would put into your Green Bin at home can be put in the Organic Waste Bin in the office! This includes all food scraps, coffee grinds, tea bags, paper towels, tissues. etc. These compostables are picked up weekly by an Office Care Technician and replaced by a fresh clean Organic Waste bin.

Question #9: Do you have specialized cleaning equipment?

Answer: Yes, we do. For example, for office carpet cleaning, we use a newer method of carpet cleaning, called Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning. For this cleaning process, a carpet cleaning solution is first applied to the carpet. 

The solution is made up of polymers which literally “encapsulate” (or surround) the dirt particles. 

Next, an agitation machine is then used to vigorously work the fibres of the carpets. The encapsulated dirt residue is vacuumable immediately, during the next regularly scheduled vacuuming of the carpets.
